Sorry; I receive the digest version and had not read (or expected ;-) your
apology yet; when I did, I sent you an apology privately.
Nevertheless, I do think that Tony deserves a little more credit and
appreciation for his many generous and usually very useful contributions,
and a little less criticism for his by now well-known, umm, 'different' and
sometimes iconoclastic views and opinions...
