No, that's 3.579545 MHz (or 4.43361875 MHz for PAL) -- this one's a
bit faster than the NTSC colourburst, which presumably is what makes
it unusual...
Colourburst crystals do show up in quite a few computing devices,
though. I built a couple of Z84C00 machines running at the PAL
colourburst rate in the mid-1990s.
