No.
(For the record, I do, but there are others who don't. I suppose they are shit out of luck, though)
Easily solved... If they can at least download and store the file on some
sort of removable media, they can take it to a Kinko's and have a copy
printed. Of course, I could always put a note on the page offering to print
and mail a copy for a small fee. PDF's print out very nicely.
