Sounds like some sort of coded Al Qaeda message to
me.
There's a new provision of the renewed Patriot Act that says
you're a terrorist if you use a non-DRM-protected CPU to
decode encrypted messages like palindromes. In other words,
antique computers are now outlawed as terrorist devices.
Especially if you have a funny name.
