Do small desktop card readers exist anymore? Anyone
got one?
I've got one. I even know right where it is, though getting to it would be
another matter :^)

The down side is I don't have any idea on how to hook it up to anything. I
also have an "IBM Port-A-Punch Board & Stylus", and about an inch stack of
blank cards.
