I just found a paper "The Soviet Bloc's Unified System of Computers",
written by N.C.Davis and S.E.Goodman, published in "computing Surveys, Vol. 10, no.2,
Juni 1978"
Depending on how many people are interested in this piece of history, I can make up a Word
