One can. But one would rather read Apple ][ disks directly on a PC
depending on what one is wanting to do.
Anyhow did not somebody make a pc controler that could
read differnent
floppy formats. This was not a PC card but a mother board floppy
controler chip. ( Now not made of course )
Yes, but a) it costs money and b) last I checked there was no high level
software for it.
