ModemDoctor and Hank Volpe

I was wondering if anyone on the list may have contact info for Mr. Volpe the author of ModemDoctor. I attempted to send in the registration fee for his service based on the address on his website. The letter was returned "not deliverable". The site does get occasional updates so he is still around and apparently still accepting orders. Thanks -Ali
