I never did find anyone making them for sale, so at the time, I just
made my own. Unfortunately, the best picture I could find at the moment
is not so great, but I used 1"x1" square wooden dowels I did heat
transfer printing to. Also I then just made a spreadsheet on paper to
cutout. I haven't brought them out in a while, but I had them at
VCFMW2.0 and a few others. You can see them on the table in front of
the holder with the paper ones.
