But entire parts of the US are still open - the East coast is covered pretty well, but
west of the Mississippi River these is almost no one until the coast. I've got Nathan
in Iowa, Richard in SLC, but that's about it.
I don't know if you saw me raise my hand, but I'd be willing to drive anywhere
between Portland/Seattle and western Montana/Idaho for stuff..
