You don't have SCSI in the machine?
I have a MicroVAX 3100 with a ZuluSCSI emulator in it. Works great.
It can emulate several drives at the same time.

- RQDX3 - MSCP - David Gesswein's MFM emulator (or similar)
He has ~660MByte disks in the system. MFM won't work for
him :)
