While you're waiting do try to get the diagnostics going. The TU58FS is
a handy thing to have in your back pocket and can make loading stuff
onto the system a *lot* easier.
As for the RLV21 (and the 18 bit RLV11) it's a combination of analog and
digital things so there are a number of things that can go bad. The
diagnostics should tell you what works and what doesn't, then you can
consider a board level repair.
