Glen,
Looking at my two 16550A boards and how they are connected together.
The cable that goes from J6 on the upper board to J5 on the lower board.
I'm glad I checked because that cable has come disconnected form J5 on
the lower board.
Thanks again,
Mike

Does anyone have one (or know where I can get
one) of the 80 pin high
density cables that connects the 16500B main board to the 16500-68733
(16500L or 16500H) LAN/High Speed interface board.
The cable part # is 16500-61607or 16500-61608.
I wonder if the 80 conductor cables on the 16550A modules use the same
connectors, and if so, if those cables are long enough to connect between a
16500B CPU board and a 16500L or 16500H board.
I'll have to see if I can find the time to answer that question. If the
answers are yes, it might be easier to acquire an 80 conductor cable from a
16550A module than a 16500L / 16500H cable. I have some 16550A modules that
I don't have much real reason to ever use instead of 16555A or better
modules.
