Jon,
The Hitachi part has a 21V programming voltage. I don't
know if the T48 can go that high? I will have to check.
Thank you for your time. If you want to send me the part
numbers, I will figure out what will work the best for me.
I have 5 each AM2764ADC, and one AM2764DC. (I'm guessing
that the A version has a lower programming voltage as
marked on the device (12.5V).
I do have lots of Intel 2764's also (D2764A) Some have
PGM at 12.5V on the label.
I have a whole drawer of various 2764's, you can have all
you want for free, just cover the shipping.
OK, the Intel D2764A is good for 250 ns, the 2764A-2 is 200
ns and the 2764A-1 is 180 ns. (I don't have any of these
last part #'s.)
