I haven't (yet).  I just learned about it and am still exploring the files.

Looks like there are a couple hundred .COM files in the source archive...

# cat ./v101/c/preproc/make.com
$ set noon

$ cc68 macro
$ cc68 main
$ cc68 preproc

Definitely DCL, definitely VMS.
