It is running some software that looks like an application. The hostname is
BANKA so I am wondering if it may have been part of some bank system?
I don't recall the name right now and the machine is powered off. I'll take
a look again in the morning.
Otherwise, based on the licenses on it, it has nothing besides VMS and
DECnet installed.

Anything interesting software on the system?

Yeah, both ideas are good ideas. I am considering replacing the rz25, or
adding a ZuluSCSI, that way I could assign one of the devices for
backups.
For now, I am just trying to preserve what's
on the disk now. I want to
do
a fresh install once the CDROM arrives. It is an
interesting exercise to
me.
Right now that RZ25 is running nicely without
much noise so no rush I
don't
think, but still.
