Yes, it did. Venix 1.0 ran on a RD51 and was a LOT faster. I keep the 
RD50 around mostly as a "good god, is this faster than a floppy" 
conversation piece.

Probably, but I really don't use those. I like spinning media, and as 
long as it keeps rolling I'll keep using it.
