That's right -- I wasn't without an army, it was just a very small and quite dedicated army! :-)

I think I'd have gone down many blind alleys without help and perspective provided by others here, and in particular a lot guidance provided by Noel over the past couple weeks in private correspondence enabling the use of V6 as a test case and investigative tool.  For this I am very grateful.

As those of you who have worked on these machines know, they are just so damn serviceable, by design.  It's very empowering!
