That's one of the reasons that a lot of computer racks have an
"anti-tip" slideout on the bottom. It should be pretty simple to
fabricate one, if you're handy with a welder. Basically, just some
square tube stock fashioned into a "T". It'd let you keep the casters
on the bottom of the rack.
