I use E-Teknet in Arizona almost exclusively.  They are 
quite reasonable for
generic boards.  They DO charge extra for gold fingers.  I 
haven't had any
gold finger boards done recently, but I think it will add 
$50 - $100 to the
cost of a small lot of boards.
