If you are willing to run it using a PAK you bought on eBay you would
be better off saving the money and just finding a copy of pakgen.c
and just making your own. To be honest, I seriously doubt the current
holder of the IP cares one way or the other. And as for commercial
use, what possible commercial use would there be for running anything
on a VAX.
