I suspect for the several million cards you'd
need you could easily get some local paper company to tool up and make them fairly
reasonably :-)
Likely not. Proper paper for punch cards is NOTORIOUSLY difficult to
make. Cardamation tried after the supply ran out, and they failed.
I have about 200,000 and they really do not take up much room.
