I have one board with MCM68766 and two boards with SCM90448
I have BP Microsystems device
programmers that can handle those. I have programmed some of those
myself for my own M8189 KDF11-B.

I'll have to check my M8189. I might not have had images for that version
available at the time I upgraded mine.
I wonder if "SCM90448" is just a customer specific label for a standard
MC68766 part.
