[cctalk] Does anyone have a copy of DAEMON Tools Ultra 4.x install file(s)?

Hi, Does anyone have a copy of DAEMON Tools Ultra 4.x install file(s)? I just purchased a lifetime license based on the documentation on their site. The problem is that they don't have 4.x available for download. I just need the install files and I'll use my personal license. N.B.
