MicroVMS existed up to V4.7, and supported a few older
MicroVAX models only:
MicroVAX I and MicroVAX II
MicroVAX 2000
MicroVAX 3500 and MicroVAX 3600
so none of the newer SCSI supporting MicroVAX 3100s.
I know that very well, I managed those systems back in the 80ties, and many
of them are in my private collection now.
All of the newer models need VMS V5 at least.
The first of the MicroVAX 3100 series, the Model 10 and Model 20 (same
HW, different size boxes) needed VMS V5.2.
The slightly later 10e/20e (enhanced) need VMS V5.3.
The VAXstation 3100 Model 30 and Model 40 (out just before the MicroVAX
3100-1/20) need VMS V5.1B.
