[cctalk] Siemens 4004 mainframe pictures on bitsavers

Hello list, out of curiosity: Does anybody know where the two pictures of the Siemens 4004 CPU uploaded on http://bitsavers.org/pdf/siemens/4004/Model_15/pictures/ where taken?
