I've already sent a mail off-list. I am the former president of Toool and organiser of
LockCon for many years. And co-writer of the book about Locksport :)
I can create a key, if need be a 3D printed one (but the profile looks rather standard in
my neck of the woods). But I'd need to (temporarily) have the lock. The lock looks
interesting because if seems to have multiple "open" positions that work with
different keys, either different ones or a standard and a master key.
