Confusing myself as I thought about it, what category
is a relay computer?
It's electric and I would say mechanical but then not sure if mechanical can be
electric.
Is it still analog?
It's digital, in the sense that it operates on data that is encoded into discrete
values, as opposed to operating on continuous data elements, which would be analog.
I would classify it as an electromechanical digital computer. Also, it's pretty neat,
and I want one!
