I ran many Pioneer SCSI DVD-ROM drives on a wide range of SPARC systems in the past.
They worked great. I assume they'd work in a MicroVAX the same.
I don't remember a specific drive model #, Although a DVD-303S sounds
familar, They have several models. I'm sure I still have one or two
tucked away in storage, but fleabag has many.
