I have the same concern - to the extent that I don't even visit my
in-laws in the US, but meet them here in Europe instead. One of the
professional organisations I am involved in had to move their strategic
planning workshop to Europe as too many of us refused to travel to the
US. I keep hearing other organisations are doing the same.
