machines ongoing at the moment.

Based on a Motorola 68020, definitely affordable at $500, and if you use it
by yourself then it's a personal computer. In addition, it rolls on
casters, so it's also portable! Buy it now before I lower the price again!
(Glad I was able to get some utility out of this thread after all 😄)

weeks-long debate is this:
Everything is a personal computer; and nothing is.

Then there is the question of personnel computing. Is this computer used
by an HR department?
