Thanks for the test, I guessed that they would work well.
But it doesn't really help me ;-) I can't buy them at all. For example,
Mouser tells me that this part is not sold in my region.
I have also tested the PN4258 which too is a very good
replacement for
the
2N3639.
Same problem: "Mouser does not presently sell this product in your
region."
There is no distributor/vendor for either of those parts in Europe.
I should receive my order of BAT 46 and BAT 85 today. I will then test the
modules with an additional Baker clamp.
