trivial correction:
3.20 supported "720K" 3.5" (also some OEM modified MS-DOS 2.00 and 2.11)
3.30 supported "1.4M" 3.5"
I used "720K" 3.5" drives, even down to PC-DOS 1.00 !
(but, my primary interest was reading sectors, and then parsing file
systems)
