Those Motorola EPROMs require a Vpp of 25 volts, which is probably why
a lot of modem device programmers don't handle them.

None of my programmers I have here, can do it.
Some old, trusty DATA I/O ???
What is an SCM90448? Can you find a datasheet for that part? I cannot.
