That's curious.
I have an identical manual punch in my collection (in rather worse
condition, particularly the rubber keycaps) but it has an ICT
nameplate on the front. ICT was 'Internatonal Computers and
Tabulators' I think, one of the companies that became ICL.
So who actually made said design of punch?
