Common on old Sun SCSI stuff, it's a DD-50.
Could be something else, but they were indeed used for SCSI termination.
Given what else was in there, this makes sense, and they look exactly like a

It sounds like you have figured out what you have there.
I just wanted to point out for anyone searching the mailing list archives
that similar items with a DEC part code embossed on them like DNSXT-CA or
H3195 for example are likely to be synchronous serial loopback connectors
used for running diagnostics on DEC serial interfaces from the MicroVAX era.
