cctalk is allowing attachments now?  I was under the impression that these were
deliberately disallowed and filtered for bloat reduction or safeguard against possible
malware distribution?
I'd personally prefer no attachments on cctalk rather just post a link to somewhere
they can be retrieved from if desired.
