Undoubtedly, it will all be powered by nuclear fusion.
I dunno, I'd be a bit leery if my medical treatment would be dictated by
an AI, particularly by one that didn't ever say "I don't know..."
And back in the dark ages, I studied MEDLARS when it ran on 7090s and
tape drives.
