It's a historical event as per se but much more than that I'm not sure!
Looking through the PDF listing, no matter what you may think of Bill and Microsoft etc. I
have to say that is some very well documented code. It's at the other end of the
spectrum from 'the code is the comments' mentality that seems to afflict modern
programming.
