Raspberry Pi write cycles

I just did a "make all" for SimH on a 1GB Pi 4B using a SanDisk industrial 8GB SD card and it took 75 minutes to build the 75 different emulators.  It has the latest updates to Raspbian Buster.


What USB3 thumb drive did you use?
