I wonder if it might actually be a DS20e since it's apparently in a rack.  Way back when, I had two DS20's in a rack (and a DS10), but it was a kluge like thing where they just sat on shelves in the rack.  I think the shelves had slides, but we never did that. Fortunately, never needed to.
