It is.  4 banks of 4116 16Kx1 DRAMs.

I don't recognize the logo, but I _might_ have one of those in a
Dataram Qbus box.  I know that box has 3rd party memory but I don't
remember what brand.

Even if I do have one, I've never had a manual for it.
