Tektrionix VAXBI board and DC100 training tapes?

BI-SYNC is an odd spelling, but I would guess it means "BISYNC", the ancient communication protocol mostly used by IBM.  With the hyphen it sounds like it's related to BI, but I suspect that's a red herring.
