I have about 240 pieces of the national Semiconductor MM5262N 2K x 1 DRAM chips. They appear to be unused, in aluminum (not plastic) tubes. Chips are plastic packaged. 365 ns access time, 475 ns read cycle. Anybody need them to fix an old computer? Jon
