DECnet License for older VAX VMS

Brian,
 I wonder why you think the Hobbyist licences won't work. I have a number of virtual and physical vaxen and virtiual and have no problems networking them. 
 I believe that most of HECNET runs on Hobbyist Licences. After all it’s a Hobbyist DECNET.
