Decaying foam on PCBs

In Australia there’s this product ;

It’s citrus based but I haven’t had any bad effects on PCBs. It does affect some styrene plastics but in general it’s safe and very effective.

If you aren’t in Aus, a similar citrus based product should work - just my experience.

I've only ever had problems with it in locations where I can use things such as citrus-based cleaners, but I'm a bit wary of using those around a PCB. Is regular Dawn/water likely to work?
