It's not an installation cd, but yesterday I stumbled upon some
developer stuff (mostly for device drivers) for AIX on Itanium on IBM's
own FTP site:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/itanium/

I doubt there's much there that's useful, but I didn't really look in
too much detail.
