There were plenty of real PDP-11’s that found their way to Russia.
Often through front companies in say Vienna.

This for sure isn't a PDP11, it would be an "ELEKTRONIKA 60" I think.
This is something like an 11/23 but with metric Connectors, PCBs are a
little bit bigger as PDP11's.
