+79507..... which my google-fu seems to indicate is Slovenia?

Maybe someone in the US could do the work if a tech-minded translator was available.

Russia is a pretty big place.  Any idea where? If we have list members in Ukraine versus Finland versus Romania it could make a huge difference. Or Japan if the machine is in Vladivostok.
