I think I have found the problem, when I took the card out to change its slot, I found there were some corroded pins on one of the chips (looks like memory). It looks like battery leakage damage, but the odd thing is that it is nowhere near a battery. Cleaning it up now to see if that will fix it. Thanks Rob
